Where are the products shipped from?

Most products are shipped from our partner's warehouse in Tallinn, Estonia. Products marked "Ships from Spain" on the product page come from our partner's warehouse in Spain.

How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?

Delivery to Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania costs EUR 4.43, and orders over EUR 100 ship free; for other countries the cost is shown at checkout. Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days in the Baltic states and 3–7 working days to other EU countries. See Shipping.

How can I pay?

By card and, depending on your country and device, by other methods shown at checkout, such as Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Are VAT and other costs included?

Prices include VAT. The delivery cost is shown separately at checkout. There are no other fees.

Do I need an account to order?

Yes. You can create one during checkout with your e-mail address.

How do I track my order?

When your parcel is on its way, you get a tracking link by e-mail or text message. You can also see your orders in your account.

Can I cancel my order?

Write to us as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped yet, we cancel it and refund you in full. After delivery, you can withdraw within 14 days; see Returns and Refunds.

How do I return a product?

Tell us within 14 days of receiving it and wait for our return instructions. You pay the cost of sending it back. See Returns and Refunds.

What if a product is faulty or damaged?

Contact us with your order number and photos. You have a 2-year legal guarantee, and we pay the return costs for faulty products. See Warranty.

Can I get an invoice for my company?

Yes. Write to us with your order number and company details.
