Returning Your Product
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. To initiate a return, please mail your product to the physical address provided at the time of purchase. If you’re unsure of the address or need further instructions, don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team. They’re available to guide you through the return process and answer any questions you may have.
Delivery Time
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. We strive to process returns as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date for the exchanged product. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Product Usage and Warranty
In order to avoid misunderstandings, we kindly ask you after buying the product, carefully read its operating instructions, the terms of warranty obligations and free service. This will ensure that you understand how to properly use and maintain the product, and what is covered under the warranty.
Return Period
Didn’t fit the commodity? You can return it within 14 working days from the date of its delivery. Once the returned item reaches our office, we will process your refund within 3 working days.
Defective Products
Got a low-quality product? In this case, we undertake to exchange a product of inadequate quality for a quality product free of charge or to return the money paid to you. You have the right to return such a product to us within 14 working days from the date of its delivery.
Return Conditions
When returning the goods, the following conditions must be met:
- Inform us about your intention to return the product before sending it back. Please send an email to info@onlinetoolbox.eu indicating the reason for the return.
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.
- The product must be undamaged and retain its commercial appearance, including undamaged labels and unbroken protective films. This does not apply to the return of a defective product.
- The returned item must include all components that were in the original package.
- The cost of delivery of the returned item is not refundable, this does not apply to the return of a defective product.
Free Returns
You can return the goods free of charge through VENIPACK or DPD parcel lockers. Simply pack the returned item and place it in the VENIPACK or DPD parcel locker. The packaging for returning should be not less than 2x9x14 cm and not more than 38x64x39 cm. The maximum weight of the returned shipment should be 30 kg. If the goods do not fit into the VENIPACK or DPD parcel locker or weigh more than 30 kg, they can be returned through the courier service – at no additional cost to you!
